VERSION 9.11.20 - M12: INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS

This post details changes specific to Module 12, Inspections and Audits.

Audit Event Search. Improvement. The “Inspections and Audits Search” has been added to the search menu.

Audit Event Search. Improvement. An “Audit state” filter was added to the audit search page.

Audit Event Creation. Improvement. When creating an audit event, the departments and roles are now listed alphabetically in the definition screen.

Linking Requirements. Improvement. The requirement tab is now available in the control point, document and ticket recurrence definition pages to all users having administrator or modification rights.

Performing an Audit. Bug fix. A user modifying an audit received an error message stating that an observation was required when the compliant status did not require it if he/she clicked the comment link prior to saving. This problem is now fixed.

Performing an Audit. Bug fix. If a user received an error message stating he/she forgot to fill in a mandatory field, he/she needed to save twice for the software to record the change. This bug is now fixed.

Standard definition screen. Terminology change. Changed "Workbench" for "Role" in the "Links" tabs.
