Version 9.11.20 - M1: Task Optimizer

This post details changes specific to Module 1, Task optimizer.

Permissions. Bug fix. Users who had advanced rights on a ticket category saw the checkbox near the status change in the “Action log” window. This gave them access to all status in the workflow, letting them overwrite workflows. This problem was fixed so only system administrators and M1 administrators have access to this checkbox.

Ticket review screen. Bug fix. This screen would be very slow if you had a lot of equipment configured. This has been fixed, performance are now optimal.

Ticket. Bug fix. From now on, only System Administrators and M1 administrators can modify the action log and the todos in a dormant ticket whereas before, users without these permissions could do these actions when accessing the feature via the advanced search options.
