Version 12.26.X - Module 2: Document Management

This post details changes specific to Module 2, Document Management.

Version 12.26.50

Document Management - PDF Model: Improvement. In the header of PDF Model 10, the display area for the identifier has been enlarged. It is possible to enter up to 25 characters (calculation based on the uppercase letter W).

Document Management - URL Document: Bug Fix. M2 URL documents pointing to a file located on the client's local server, are now accessed via a URL link displayed in a modal window. This link can be copied and then pasted into Windows File Explorer to open the document.

Document Management - Reading Modal: Bug Fix. M2 URL documents pointing to a website can now be opened in the reading modal window.

Version 12.26.10

Document Management - Reports: Improvement. The period field is now mandatory in the Master Registry and in the Readings Registry by document. The "Previous version" filter is by default set at "No" in both Readings Registry (by document and by user).

Document Management - Document Edit Screen: Improvement. The margin instructions for PDF header and footer model 11 that appear in the gray box of the PDF generator have been adjusted. They now display the correct information.
