Version 12.24.X - Module 1: Ticket Management

This post details changes specific to Module 1, Ticket Management.

Version 12.24.30

Ticket Management - Search Screen: Improvement. The "Reception date" miscellaneous field is now available in the grid configuration for the ticket search. The information can be displayed in the search results as well as in the Excel export.

Ticket Management - Reports: New. In the Report Center, M1: Ticket Management section, the "Project Follow-up" report is no longer available. In the user profile, "Permissions" tab, M1: Ticket Management section, the permission to access this report has also been removed.

Version 12.24.10

Ticket Management - Inbox: Improvement. The "Equipment" column is now available in the ticket inbox. The information can be exported to Excel.
