This post details changes specific to Module 3, Equipment and Location Management.
Version 12.23.120
Equipment and Location Management - Equipment Search screen: New. The equipment OA number is now available in the search results as well as in the Excel export.
Equipment and Location Management - Equipment Edit screen: Improvement. The phone field are now displaying 30 characters.
Equipment and Location Management - Level of Confidentiality: New. The level of confidentiality notion has been added in the equipment types and equipments. The levels are defined in the General Parameters and can be selected in the definition screens of the equipment types and equipments.
A filter has also been added in the equipment search screen to refine the search depending on the level of confidentiality.
Equipment and Location Management - May contain PII/PHI: New. The notion of "May contain PII/PHI" has been added in the equipment types and equipments. The levels are defined in the General Parameters and can be selected in the definition screens of the equipment types and equipments.
A filter has also been added in the equipment search screen to refine the search depending on the level of "May contain PII/PHI".

Equipment and Location Management - Equipment Search Screen: New. The filter "Special Equipment" allows to search for equipment that are stockrooms. A column "Is a Stockroom" has been added in the search results.
Equipment and Location Management - Equipment Edit Screen: Improvement. When a location is inactivated, the information is kept in the "Location" field of the associated equipment. But the inactive location is no longer available for selection in the drop down menu.
Equipment and Location Management - Location Screen: New. A column "Is stockroom" has been added in the location list.
