This post details changes specific to Module 1, Ticket Management.

Version 12.21.140

Ticket Management - Search screen: bug fix. For bilingual databases, in the ticket search, the "Procedure" filter now displays only English description for an English user and French description for a French user.

Version 12.21.65

Ticket Management: Bug fix. When a user exits a ticket, the redirection displays the previous page (ticket inbox, ticket review screen).

Ticket Management - Recurrence: Improvement. The manual recurrence field has been restricted to 28 days only.

Version 12.21.10

Ticket Management - Tickets review: Bug fix. In the ticket review screen, the "Department/Role" filter now displays the departments and roles instead of the roles alone.

Ticket Management - Search: Improvement. The inactive ticket subcategories are now available in the search screen.

Ticket Management - Search: New. In the search screen, the "Equipment" filter is now an auto-complete field.

Ticket Management - Search: New. In the search screen, the information on the equipment and the location are now available in the result's column. They can be exported.

Ticket Management: Bug fix. When a ticket is generated by an automated reaction, the address of the AR is displayed in the ticket.
