This post details general changes, non-specific to modules.
Version 12.21.180
General - User Management: Improvement. In the user profile, "Permissions" tab, "M2 Document Management" section, if the "Reading assignations" button is clicked, the documents with the right version number are now displayed.

General - User Management: Bug Fix. When a user has old M2 individual permissions as well as the same permissions inherited from a role, the system manages this special case and doesn't allow anymore duplicate notices.

General - PIN: Improvement. The display of the PIN, in the user profile and when e-signing, is now divided in 6 boxes, 1 digit per box, to avoid confusion.

General - Messaging: Improvement. The messaging performance has been improved.

General - PIN: New. A 6-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) is now required to e-sign in the Omni-Assistant. It is defined and managed in the user profile.
General - Session: Improvement. The OA session is automatically disconnected according to the length mentioned in the system configuration.
General - Homepage: Improvement. The task ticket display performances have been improved.
General - Control Points: New. There are now only 2 Control Points counts on the homepage: "Open" and "Late". The "To complete today" and "Late today" counts have been removed. The period filter has to be used in order to display the Control Points of the day.
General - User Management : New. A field for the password confirmation has been added to the "User account" tab. It is only available for existing users and when the user changes his password.
General - User Management: Improvement. The "Save" button is grayed out after the first click. This prevent from double-clicking.
General - User Management: Improvement. For the client using an non-native authentication, the password sections are no more displayed in the user profile.
General - User Management: Bug fix. When creating a new user profile with the System Administrator permission, the access to the instructor section (LMS) on the homepage is automatically granted.
General - Permissions: Improvement. If a user has the M13 Administrator or System Administrator permission, the additional permission to view as well as the permission to create and modify are now selected automatically.
Product Management - Edit screen: Improvement. If a M2 document linked to a product is inactivated, the link between the product and the document is automatically inactivated in the "Files" tab.
General - Daily Report: Improvement. For the data bases with the LMS module, the section "Observation to complete" has been modified in order to display also the evidence to approve and the evidence request.
General - Report: Improvement. A message detailing the adjustments for the parameters in Edge has been added in the filter screen when exporting a report in Word or Excel.

General - Homepage: New. On the homepage, the readings, trainings to complete counts, the document to review count as well as the readings to supervise and scores are now refreshed every 60 minutes. The date and time of the last refresh is mentioned in the different sections.
General - Homepage: New. In the document search homepage, the automatic document search is no longer done. The "Search" button has to be clicked to display results.
General - Products: New. The nomenclature has been adjusted to reflect the official one: MSDS is replaced by SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
General - Products: Bug fix. For the clients using Toxyscan, the "Manufacturer" field refers now to the equivalent company.
General - Company and Contact: Bug fix. The system company is no more displayed in the results when searching for the company type "Client". It is only associated with the "System company" type.
General - Messaging: Bug fix. In the "Sent to" section of a bulletin board, the mention "All" is written instead of all the users' names.

General: Improvement. The homepage performance has been improved as well as the score search screen.

General - User Management: Improvement. The "Generate Readings" button has been removed from the user search screen. The reading generation is automatically performed when saving the profile.
General - User Management: New. In the user profile, some unnecessary fields have been removed: the "General" tab with the employee's address, the "Theme" field in the "Preferences" tab as well as the widescreen option.
General - User Management: New. In the "Preferences" tab, the "Document search mode" filter is only applied on the advanced search. The simplified document search is always done in the "Standard" mode, displaying published documents (green dot) on which the user has the permission to view.
General - System Company Management: New. A field has been added to link a logo different from the system company's one, to the reports.
General - Companies and Contacts: New. In the company definition screen, the "Billable" checking box has been removed. It was only useful with module 8.
General - Companies and Contacts: New. In the contact definition screen, the "Picture" tab has been removed.
General - Companies and Contacts: Bug fix. The company and contact search with the "Company type" filter works properly.
General - Reports: Improvement. The "User permission" report has been renewed. New filters have been added: Address, Permission, Permission Group, User State.
General - Reports: New. The user login registry has been improved. New filters have been added: Address, Department, Sector, User State, Browser, First Login Only, Login Status.
General - Forms: Bug fix. The answer with a unique choice does not display anymore information if no answer is entered.
General - Forms: Bug fix. In the e-form answers search, the label of the "Completed" filter displays information on the submitted e-form. Thus, the label has been renamed "Submitted".
General - Forms: New. In the edition screen of the e-form, some answer types have been removed: Date Range, Email, Percentage, Phone, Phone with extension, Postal Code, Test Reference Range.
General - Files: New. The files uploaded have now a maximum size of 80mB (was 20mB).
General - "Files" tab: Improvement. In every modules, it is possible to link an Omni-Assistant document via the "Files" tab. A user will only be able to link files on which he has permission to view and linked to his address(es).
General - Departments and Roles: Bug fix. Specifically in databases with the LMS (module 9), adding a large number of role members no longer generates an error message.
General - Automated Reaction: Improvement. It is not possible to inactivate an automated reaction that is actually used in a document. A message stating that the inactivation is impossible is displayed. The automated reaction must be removed from the document before inactivating it.
