Version 11.05.X - Module 1: Tickets Management

This post details changes specific to Module 1, Tickets Management.

Version 11.05.70

Ticket Management: Improvement. When a role is chosen in a ticket, the "Contact" drop-down menu shows the members of the role. In addition, when a department or role is chosen, all the equipment is offered in the drop-down menu.

Ticket Management: Improvement. In the ticket search, non-conformity search and ticket edition screens, the "Department" field has been renamed "Linked Dept / Role".

Ticket Management: Improvement. In the ticket search and non-conformity search screens, the choice of a company with an address in the filters will adjust the locations filter accordingly.

Ticket Management - Ticket search: New. The "Address" column has been added to the ticket search screen as well as to the ticket inbox.

Ticket Management - E-procedures: Bug fix. In the electronic procedure edition screen, the "Search attached tickets" button now works properly.

Ticket Management - Reports: Bug fix. In the "Scheduled activities registry (Recurrent only)" report, the "Performed by" field now displays the correct information.

Task Management - Report: Bug fix. In the detailed ticket report, the ticket title is displayed correctly.

Version 11.05.40

Tickets Management - Ticket Category: New. It is now possible to predefine assignations when creating a ticket.

Tickets Management - Email approval: Improvement. Even if a user's account is locked, he will still receive approval emails. However, the user will need to have his account unlocked before being able to proceed with the approval.

Tickets Management - Email approval: Improvement. In the ticket category, if the step calls for an email approval, the "Must assign" mandatory assignation change is allowed. Ticket can be assigned through the email approval.

Tickets Management - Ticket search: Improvement. The "Created by" filter now supports searching for tickets created by a user that is currently inactive.

Tickets Management - Ticket search: Improvement. In the ticket search results, the "Assigned department" column now lists the department and the role.

Tickets Management - Ticket search: Improvement. In the advanced ticket search, the "Assigned to" filter works properly.

Tickets Management: Bug fix. The Excel and PDF exports of a ticket now work correctly.

Tickets Management: Bug fix. It is no longer possible to create duplicate reactions in a ticket category by double-clicking on the "Save" button.
